Need help with a customer report

I would like to build a report for my outside sales reps.

I want to show the complete list of customers, prospects and leads for each of their sales territories.  I also want it to include each companies primary contact, primary contact email, phone and address.  I would also like to show sales dollars for those that have done business during the year. 

I cannot figure out how to do a mixed report that shows both those doing business and those who have yet to do business.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
