Adding decimal places in formula field

Hello, i'm wondering if it is possible to move the decimal point out on a formula field within a report builder.
Issue being the formula field only allows 2 numbers after the decimal (example 1.23) but I need 3 (example 1.234).
Is this possible and if so, how?
