Email a Saved Search every 30 minutes or every hour?

We have the need to schedule a saved search to be emailed more often than once per day. We would like it to send every half hour or hour during business hours. This doesn't look possible in the native saved search features and I could not figure out how to get a workflow to email the whole saved search instead of evey record in the saved search.

Anyone have any advice how to achieve this?
