Item Price Level Search Showing Currencies in Columns

I'm trying to build an item search that will break out the base price for each item on the same line, in a separate column. I've tried using a case statement, and also using this help document: Answer Id: 37731. Either way, the formulas work, but the results seem to drop any items which don't have existing pricing. I really need to see every item, even if there is a blank price for a given (or all) currencies in this report. Any suggestions?
