Reporting with "Free Text Field" as a column?

Hi there. I'm looking to dump data on all credit memos with "free text field" visible, as that is where we are currently putting customer specific details for why the credit memo was created in the first place. Is this possible? I'm digging through reports, searches, etc to try and find a way to do this, but I haven't had any luck. Anyone have a solution?
