Project/Job convert to subcustomer?

We just finished having our QB6 file imported into NS, and have run into a question. The QB customer table came in correctly, but all subcustomers and "sub-subs" etc came in as project/subprojects.

Is there a way to convert projects(jobs) to sub customers?
Ideally, we need to do this level by level - convert subproject to sub-customer, then sub-sub to sub-sub, but leave sub-sub-sub project as projects.
