Show case progress (all interactions) to customer in customer center?
Hi.
I want to show my customers the progress of a case. I would like to show all interactions; the tasks, messages, events, calls, activities, solutions and time worked in the customer center.
I tried creating a custom entry form. On the lists tab I ticked all of the interactions check boxes. I set this form to the default but it doesn't look like anything has changed in the customer center.
Please point me in the right direction.
