Dynamically setting the Form redirect URL

Has anyone had any experience setting the redirect URL dynamically, vs. hard coding it per form?  Put another way, I would like to use one form on my site, but depending on what the user requested, send them to a different location after the form submits.  Has anyone done anything like this?
