Adding existing customer as a subcustomer?

I have one customer who acquired one of our other customers. They both have a fairly decent sized set of transactions.
I would like to now setup the appropriate heirarchy by sitting the acquired customer as a subcustomer of the acquiree.
I see no way to do this.
