Sort by Name with Auto-Generated Numbers on?

We have an online form for our new customers to fill out that has a field for them to select their sales rep.  However, our employees are using auto-generated ID numbers so the list that shows up on the form is just a drop-down select box with all the sales reps sort by the ID number...not at all helpful for finding your rep by name.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this interface better?  We have a lot of reps and making them scroll through a big list of un-alphabetized names is killing us?
