Online case form auto-reply shows random email address in Unsubscribe Footer!
I've just been setting up our online case form and going through various tests when I noticed something very strange...
I have an auto-reply email template specified on the 'Send auto-reply email' field of the online case form. When the auto-reply is sent to the email address of the person who submitted the case, they receive the auto-reply just fine, but at the bottom of the auto-reply (in the Unsubscribe Footer) the message "You are subscribed as [email_address]" is a seemingly random email address. In other words, if someone at some_user@yahoo.com submits an online case, they will receive an auto-reply and at the bottom of that auto-reply is "You are subscribed as someone_else@some_other_domainname.com" The system seems to be pulling these different email addresses at random from our list of Contacts!
