Case Form used in Customer Center

Can this form be edited?  We have a subcustomer with a long parent customer name and a long sub-customer name,  The Contact field dropdown in the standard Customer Center Case form is the same width as the field so the customer can't see the Contact names.  In the normal Case form, the drop down is wide enough to see the full contact name.
