giving customers' contacts admin rights over their colleagues

hi, does anyone know if there's a way for us to allow some of our customers' contacts to manage the login access of their colleagues? i.e. to designate certain customers' contacts as admins and give them rights to grant access and change passwords for other contacts from the same customer?

any ideas - using custom code & forms if necessary - appreciated
