Online forms defaulting subscriptions to unsubscribe. BIG PROBLEM !

Okay - the online forms in 2007.0.5 are now defaulting all subscriptions to unsubscribe if you have multiple subscriiptions switched on.  This is very bad since these are bonefide leads that need contacting via our crm messaging to the point of invoicing.  

Can someone get this addressed asap.. it should go off your marketing preference in setup/marketing and we have it set to subscribe.
