Validation Code for custom HTML Online Form

Hello,

I am new at the whole HTML onlilne forms.  I am wondering if anyone could help me with creating a validation code on the online form.  What I would like is before the submit button, the customer will have to type the code displayed.  We are receiving a lot of spam leads through the online forms and thought that this might be the best route to take to avoid all the spam leads.

Greatly appreciate if anyone could help me out on this.
