Specific auto reply email

We have an online form and in the workflow it is set to send an autoresponse email.

Has anybody managed to send different auto response emails dependent on different options being checked on the form? ie:

checkbox 1 = emailA
checkbox 2 = emailB
checkbox 3 = emailC

??

This would be really nice to be able to target specific customer groups from the outset.
