Online Form Email Logic

We use online forms for prospects to request information and for potential partners to inquire about our partner program.  We have a different sales group that handles partners.  Does anyone know of a way that different routing logic can be used for different forms.  Right now when a partner completes a form the email goes to the direct sales rep that based on territory rules.
