The & causing issues with Online Forms

Hey Guys,

I'm sending out a mail template from a support case which pulls the company name directly from the company field on the case.

The link to the custom online form looks something like

https://forms.netsuite.com/app/site/crm/externalcustrecordpage.nl?compid=60190&formid=29&h=30deee7e68e0fa6eb9da&custrecordrfi=<NLCOMPANY>

This works great in most cases.  For instance, when i use a test account called 'Test for online form' is populates the <nlcompany> tag with 2257%20Test%20for%20online%20form'.

However, when the company name contains a '&' ie Test&Sons it populates the & to the URL which then thinks that it is referencing a new field.
