Managing Newsletter Subscriptions

Hi -

For our company we have 3 subscription lists that customers can sign up for.  I created 3 custom fields (true / false) for each list. 

I then created a simple form in NS to allow that captures the lead contacts and askes the user to check the box for the list(s) they want to beling to.

In order to avoide the "Universal Unsubscribe" problem of NS - my logic was to simply ask that person to submit the form again with their new settings.  (Unchecking all 3 boxes would then in effect unsubscribe them from the lists.)

If I turn OFF the duplicate detection on the form - I get duplicate records.
