Search column in Select Fields tab cant be selected?

Hi all.


I bring leads into netsuite..   when they enquire.    then after they have confirmed a booking a few weeks later I send them a form to fill out to update there details about music they want played on there night.

Anyway, when they fill out the form  they are just being created as a new lead.   and It is not updating there original.


I read that u are supposed to click the " Search field " ( in the select tabs section of the form creation)  to specify what you want netsuite to check for duplicate records for....

But my search field is shaded over.  and I can not select anything????
