Search Forms

I am looking for the "SEARCH FORM" link under Lists:Published Forms. Only these options show:

-Email Form
-Case Form
-Customer Form
-File Download with Online Form

I thought that Search Form would be included in this list. Shouldn't it be here or should I be looking someplace else? Thank you for your help.
