Netsuite-savvy web designer for online forms?

I am looking for a Netsuite savvy web designer who can assist me in developing online forms which can be displayed through an iframe on my company's external website.  We've gotten most of it to work, but now we're dealing with technical issues making sure everything looks good in a variety of browsers.  Hopefully, someone out there knows a technical web designer who has done this before that we can hire to assist.
