Online Form to Input Customer (internal only!) that adds CC details?

Is it possible to create an online customer form, that includes the fields to input the client's CC details?

Note that I dont want to SEE them when they are done - I just want to be able to put it in without having to go to the customer screen.

Any thoughts?
