online HTML case form email notify from two places
I'm finding the online HTML case form has a lot of issues not resolved. Aside from the ongoing problem with not being able to set the customer's company name, I am also looking at what appears to be a bug in terms of email notification.
The support preferences checkbox 'Notify Filer on External Cases' specifically states the following:
Check this box to automatically send email notification to customers when cases are submitted using the external case form in the Customer Center.
Note: This does not send notification to customers submitting cases using online case forms. To send notification to these customers, you must select an email template in the Send Auto-Reply E-mail field on the Set Up Workflow subtab of the online form record.
