Netsuite IP Addresses

Hi

Does anyone know what Netsuite's policy is on changing the IP addresses that are used for *.netsuite.com?

We noticed that our Netsuite addresses changed a short while ago. Does this happen when Netsuite feels the need or is there a predictable pattern.

One of our partners transmits leads via online forms to us. They have to alter their firewall and want to minimise downtime resulting from address changes. There is downtime in communications when the Netsuite addresses change.
