pre populating message field in online case form question
Trying to create a case form that 90% of the people will not need to fill in the message section, however if you try to save without anything in the field as it is mandatory (and you cannot change this) they get the error message about needing to fill it in.
If I use the " &incomingmessage=This is the message " in the promotional url field the message box is no longer editable.
In short is there anyway to have a pre populated message field that is still editable by the person filling in the form? (like value= for normal html forms)
