Making the title of an online form invisible

Hi All,
I am attempting to redesign an Online Customer Form. I would like to not have the title appear on the form at all. The logo image will more than suffice as the title of the form. However I see no way to set the title to invisible.

And ideas on how to override the title? It appears in a <td> with class="tasktitlemed". Could there be a way to include a stylesheet that sets the td class "tasktitlemed"to hidden or invisible?
