Repair Tickets - Best Way to Model
We are expanding our business to doing equipment repairs and are looking for the best way to model. We would like customers to be able to submit these online, and then track the progress of the repair via their portal. I'm thinking that cases best support this process, but we also need to be able to track the parts used for the repair (to do inventory adjustments) and we need to eventually turn a case into a Sales order for billing. We've temporarily been using Estimates to accomplish this, but this module obviously doesn't have a customer front-end, nor does
