"Insert Solution" available to Admins only :(
My support admins are setting up a series of Solutions to be attached to cases.
When the developer of these solution is logged in as a NetSuite admin she can see the option to "Insert Solution" on the custom case form, but when she's logged in using her "Technical Support" non-admin role she cannot see that option on the form.
I've looked at roles, case forms and all kind of thing but I cannot find anything to suggest why this might be the case (excuse the pun). Can anyone tell me where the option to allow specific roles, or at least non-admins to see the "Insert Solution" option might be?
