Handle duplicate records in Online Customer Form
We have a scenerio of
1. Existing company record in Netsuite
2. Customer can fill up Online Form to register for events
3. Customer can register as individual of a company ( Contact should be created if Existing company is found)
When I select "always create new record", every single customer registeration created a new LEAD.
How can I make it work according to
1. Create a new contact for a CUSTOMER if a Customer Company always exist?
2. Create a new Customer company if it does not exist and create a Contact for it?
