Lead source in form

I am setting up a form for catalog requests. I would like to know how people heard about us. As I understand it, I can either specify one default lead source in Set Up Workflow, or I can allow people to choose from the entire lead source list to the form itself.

Neither of these is a good solution. People come to us from a variety of sources, so setting one default source is not going to work.

Allow everyone access to our entire list of campaigns won't work either as many of them have been named for our internal use only -- 'xmas2009',
