Sales Requirement Form

Hi all,

I'm a brand new member here and a relative beginner with NS. However, I've been asked to find a solution for a problem we're having here at the moment. Let me give you some background ...

During our sales process, we use an online form to collect sales requirements and information from our prospective clients. This is not a form that the client fills in themselves but one that our sales rep fills in as he's speaking to the client on the phone. We have a lot of information we need to extract from the client which goes towards building a project brief for our technical team.
