Online Form for Netsuite and another database

Hi,

I currently have an online contact us form on website which created the registration and required fields for our bespoke database. In addition to this we want on registration to create a lead record in Netsuite.

Can anyone recommend best way to achieve this - would it require webservices to pass the information from our bespoke databse to Netsuite or can this be achieved via code on the html itself
