Customer ID automatically appended with ONLINE for Online form
When someone fills up the online form, the customer id is showing up as
"ONLINE" before the autogenerated number when type is Individual.
Is there a way to change it so that the Customer ID is the Name entered?
Sometimes, when a new record is created, the system created a CONTACT and the company is ONLINE with a number.
When will that happen?
When someone fills in an Online Customer form and is existing customer, 2 different records are created ie. Customer and lead. Is there anyway to get that form to pick up that it’s an existing customer and add the new info/message to the existing customer’s record.
