Support Case Form Field Mapping
Hi all,
I'm just getting started with setting up support case management in my NetSuite implementation. I noticed that when I enter a case into an online case form, NetSuite uses the first and last name as the name for a "Customer" record. I would prefer to use the company name for the Customer record name, and the first and last name as a new contact under that Customer record.
Is this supported, or is it something I have to hack together?
