Unable to delete Online Customer Form

When I try to delete a test Online Customer Form we created it says it can't be deleted because of dependant records.. When I drill down to this I get the following error:

"The form has already been used in form submit history"

Does anyone know what this means or how I can delete this submit history so that we can delete the form?
