Values Not Passing into Hidden Fields

I have an online form that I pass data in via JavaScript contained in the HTML form.  The field is a multi-select.  If the field is hidden on the form, no value is passed.  If the field is not hidden, a value is passed to NetSuite.

I have deleted my form and re-created it and still have the same issue.  I have never had this happen before. Has anyone dealt with a similar issues?
