Customer From - Page Title Changed to Project

Hi, We are just using basic projects which mean that projects are created as customer.

All of a sudden yesterday, on our 'real customers', the page title changed from customer to project.

Does anyone know how this would have happened......I may have accidentally clicked on something etc, however more importantly does anyone know how to revert it back to show "customer".  I have checked suiteanswers, and checked the customize form page, but can see anything.

Any help to resolve, much appreciated.
