Custom Online Form Attachment Field

Hey Guys,

    Back with another question. Is there any way to allow the end user to attach a document to an online form. Scenario below:

- I created a custom record for our IT Helpdesk
-The custom record has an online form that allows end users (public, not logged in) to submit a ticket.
-Tickets come in and we work them using the internal form.

     Is there any way to allow them to attach a document within the online form when submitting a ticket? I am completely open to any suggestion. Thanks in advance guys!
