Role can't access online customer forms

I've got one role that can't access online customer forms. When they try to access them they get this error - 
    
   
  
  
  
  

Permission Violation: You need the 'Online Customer Form' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.


I can't find online customer form permission anywhere. Anyone have an idea of how to enable this for roles?
