Best way to create an online application for EXISTING customers in Netsuite
I've read a lot of posts about this, but I'm hoping someone can clarify is there is a netsuite recommended or best practice way of achieving the following:
We have a dealer application that we need to send out to all customers that are already in netsuite. I don't want to rely on the duplicate matching of an email or name as we have so many customers with similar names, company names, etc...
Also, I feel like there should be a better way to do this if we will always know the internal id of the customer record. I thought you might be able to match on the internal id field in an online customer form, but it doesn't look like it allows you to select this field.
