Using Pardot for automation, How do I alert reps to contacts filling out forms

Hello,

We are currently using Pardot for our marketing automation. Pardot is left over from our switch from Salesforce to NetSuite at the beginning of this year.  Background: All of our web forms are created and housed in Pardot. Pardot assigns the lead to the rep based on automation rules in Pardot. The leads are then sent to NetSuite (as individuals not companies). If the person is not a contact in NetSuite a lead is created and the sales rep will see the lead on their lead dashboard. Problem: If a established contact in NetSuite fills out a new web lead form, when it is sent to NetSuite it is not sent as a lead and only updates the contact record without notifying the sale rep.
