Custom Customer Center Access E-mail
As part of customizing customer access, I needed to use CRMSDK tags to pull customer ID (we use auto generated numbers) number.
This works well if the access email is sent to the Main email on customer general tab. But is pulls Contact's Name when this email is sent to the contacts of a customer.
NetSuite does not distinguishes Contact ID vs. Customer ID vs. Entity ID.
Is my approach wrong?
