Online case form first name and last name not working
We have a very basic online case form that has the following fields:
-email
-incoming message
-title
-first name
-last name
-phone number
-online contact reason (custom field)
We also have an anonymous customer setup in the case profile - joe customer. So, currently, most online case forms that are submitted use the anonymous customer. This is fine as we don't want new customers / contacts created for each form that's submitted as there is a lot of junk.
Also, we use our duplicate criteria (which is only EMAIL) and this also works. I.E. if someone submits the form with an email address that matches one of our current customers, it associates the case with that customer. This is also fine.
