We're looking to create a form which works the following way: how easy would it be to...

User Journey
--------------------------
Step one - user fills out form
Step two - user adds files to be uploaded along with form-field information
{form is submitted to Netsuite}
Step three - the information from the form creates a customer record
Step four - an opportunity is created (with the files uploaded accessible here)

Job done... :-)

Is this possible at all?
