Copy group or additional contact on case notification
Hi,
We would like to copy multiple contacts or groups on case notifications.
In this scenario, our customers' managers would like to be copied on case correspondence with their employees. e.g A contact (customer employee) enters a new case. The notification is sent back to the contact AS WELL as a group of managers from the client.
This will assist in not having to provide updates to multiple case status updates to various people within the customers organisation.
