include link to customer account?

Is it possible in an email template to include the link to the customer's account.. like the email that a customer gets when they order online.. that email has a link which takes them to their info..

I'd like to put a similar link in when reminding customers to reorder.. but can't seem to find how to create/insert the link.

I have NS Small Business.
