Chaning the from email address

We have several websites that are setup as separate brands (each one is a DBA).  Each site has its own set of email addresses.  Each brand is setup as a department in NetSuite.

How do others with multiple websites use the email functionality in CRM?

Is there an open enhancement request to be able to change the FROM email address in CRM? I need more that just a global company email or a customer serivice rep's email... Our reps have different email addresses for each site.

Does any one have any work arounds?  I suppose the emails could be set from outlook and synced with Netsuite.
