CNAME redirection to NS web store & Email SETUP
We did CNAME and point our store to NS (shopping.netsuite.com) as per instructions in Help.
While all working O.K from this side we started to have the troubles with our e-mails that going from NS.
When we sending INVOICES OR SUBSCRIBE MESSAGE from NS it came up with address from:
sales@shopping.netsuite.com INSTEAD of sales@roxcell.com.au while in
Home->set preferences -> From Email Address it set to be sales@roxcell.com.au.
We tried to change sales to another e-mail and found that it defiantly picking up e-mail address from that field but ALWAYS replacing
