How to Insert Subscription Link into Email Body

Hi,

I'd like to insert a link into the main body of an email that contains the link to the customers subscription center - the same link that appears optionally in the footer. ie

Please click _here_ to update your subscriptions.

Does anyone know the NL codes? I can only find NLSUBSCRIPTIONS and NLUNSUBSCRIBE which dont provide a link.

Is there another way?
